Bradley Buildings

Location

Cleveland, OH

Date

Completed 2015-2019

Size

121,831

Saved from demolition in 1979, The Bradley Building is a prime example of late 19th-century American architecture, showcasing a blend of masonry, metal posts, and timber construction typical of the 1880s. Recently, it was transformed into the vibrant mix of loft-style residential and commercial spaces that exist today in Cleveland’s Warehouse District. Larsen played a key role in the building’s evolution, remodeling most of the residential units and redesigning entire floors to optimize apartment layouts, along with several commercial spaces on the lower floors. The building offers stunning views of Lake Erie and the city skyline, blending historic charm with modern living.
