Rosewood

Rosewood Place is nestled on the corner of Rosewood and Detroit. It is a mixed-use development integrating the conveniences of commerce and recreation with an upscale living experience. While the first floor is reserved for retail, the second and third floors contain thirteen condos and eleven townhomes. As in infill building, it was important to reinforce the urban street line while maintaining the scale and massing of adjacent buildings.
